Default shipping will be a Shell Mailer in order to protect the card, wrapped with plastic in a semi-rigid or top loader (recycled if possible, save the world and all).
If Ground shipping is chosen (or automatically selected), cards will be sent in a small box instead of a padded envelope to better protect the cards.
I usually include a FREE Card to match the driver purchased, but not guaranteed. If it's a mem/swatch card this is less likely unless Ground Shipping is selected. If you have a favorite player/driver and comment it, I will try my best to accommodate that as the free card. It can range from a base, a numbered parallel, or hobby box exclusive parallel, auto or anything else I feel like throwing in!
Shipping & Listing FAQ:
- My order showed as delivered but I did not receive it.
If your order was shipped using the eBay Standard Envelope, this tracking does not work like normal USPS tracking which is scanned at your door when delivered. The envelope is usually scanned once when they are at my local post office and then again when they are at the destinations local post office. Please give an additional 2 business days for the order to be actually delivered. - My shipping charges were more than what you paid.
This normally happens when more than one listing has been ordered at the same time or you ordered multiple of the same type of product (example: Base Cards from one listing).
I do not usually refund for shipping since I need to increase the items used for shipping and/or upgrading the shipping to Media Mail or USPS Ground. Since envelopes sometimes have issues going through the USPS machines, I try to go one level above the actual weight so that if additional charges occur then it should be covered.
I also try to include free cards so that you get a better deal on the extra charges. Since you are ordering a NASCAR/Racing card, I try to include the same driver or a parallel/base of the same card ordered. - I did not receive my order or it was damaged.
I try my best to protect your cards and do don't do it cheaply. All cards are shipping in a top loader or a semi-rigid inside of plastic for protection. I use shell protector envelopes on ALL cards shipped via the eBay Standard envelope method and any cards that are shipped via Media Mail or USPS Ground I place in an actual box and not just a padded envelope. I pride myself on making sure your cards are protected.
If you received a card that was damaged, reach out to me and I will make it right. Provide photos so that I can verify and so I know that I'm not getting ripped off (yes, it has happened!).
If your order did not arrive (read above on the envelope tracking issues). Then you can either request a refund through eBay or reach out to me. If you request a refund and the order was shipped using the eBay envelopes I will wait a few days before refunding since it still may arrive. eBay has also been handling some of these refunds automatically without my input. - I received the wrong card?!
It happens, but not on purpose. Reach out to me, provide photos and I will do my best to send you a new card or refund you. Keep in mind that if you are ordering a higher price card, this won't happen in most cases. I am individual and not a business, which means I touch all the cards and know what I have. If you ordered a KFB Gold /10, you will receive a KFB Gold /10. - The Card I received was not the same number as pictured.
Higher numbered cards are listed as quantities instead of multiple listings. If you ordered a Christopher Bell /199 you may get any number if there are multiple quantities in the listing. This would not happen if it's a door number listing. - Some cards in my order I did not purchase.
I don't think anyone would complain about this, but it is the internet. If you receive extra cards I usually just included it with your order. In most cases if your order is shipped USPS Ground, I include a MEM card or other cards for you. I like to think that you are purchasing your cards because you PC the driver or it's for your kid/wife/husband that likes the driver. If I have an extra card of the same driver, then I like to include it. -

Yes, if you want to sell your collection but don't have the time to list them, reach out to me and we can work out the details.

Why did you cancel my order?
I don't send out damage cards, so if I notice that the card is damaged during packaging, I will not send it out. Due to changing quantities on pick lists (Base Cards for example where you select the cards you want), if quantity is not correct, I will automatically refund any missing cards.
